Is Judgment Coming?

Judgment is definitely coming, but until it does, we're to contend for the faith and the lost people of the world. If people don't repent, they are not going to be happy when the day of Judgment arrives and they're locked out from the presence of the Lord.

Many believers prayed and Hurricane Irma weakened. Another hurricane is on the way, as well as earthquakes because of massive solar flares. All that is happening will get the attention of some people that need to repent.

Now when they heard this, they were cut to the heart, and said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, “Brothers, what shall we do?” Peter said to them, “Repent, and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. - Acts 2:37-38

  1. I am not 100% convinced that Harvey and Irma are judgments of God. Matthew 5:45b, Jesus says that God causes rain to fall on the just and the unjust. Isaiah 59:19 talks about"the enemy" that "comes in like a flood". Yes, Matthew 24 does speak of "the sea and waves roaring" as the second coming of Christ approaches; but that doesn't make every hurricane a "judgment". Revelation 16 describes the vials of God's judgment. There are no hurricanes on the list. I praise God that Irma made landfall at a lesser category than predicted. His Mercy endures forever!
